What is Power of Movement?
Power of Movement is a yoga fundraiser benefiting the Arthritis Research Foundation. Participants of all ages and abilities attend specialized yoga events to raise funds and awareness for arthritis and related autoimmune diseases.
Where does the money go?
The Arthritis Research Foundation's mission is to raise and invest funds for arthritis and related autoimmune disease research, a large family of diseases, which affect over 4.6 million Canadians, three million of them women. Your donation will help find the answers that will improve the lives of Canadians and help them reach their full potential.
When does Power of Movement happen?
Power of Movement takes place on Sunday, March 5

Is there a registration fee?
Yes. There is a $20 registration fee to cover administrative and logistical expenses for the event. A tax receipt cannot be provided for the registration fee.
